I received this email today. Frankly I’m fed up with webmasters trying to coerce links out of other webmasters. As far as I am concerned I only link to sites that are useful to our target audience. A reciprocal link is a bonus and hopefully a vote of confidence from the site we linked to. I link to who I want to in a time frame that suits me. There is no hurry – Google is taking over a month to update back links anyway. It works for me. Traffic and revenue are growing and we manage to maintain some sense of quality to our sites…
